L.J. Viveros
Founder and Head Coach
Lou Viveros brings more than 40 years of business wisdom to SBOCoach.
Since 1999, he's served as managing member of Market Solutions LLC, a management-consulting firm based in California's Silicon Valley.
Over the course of his four decades in business, he has consistently shown the ability to build and grow a business, having driven hundreds of millions of dollars of sales to more than 35 countries around the world, as well as guiding M&A activity that has included eight-figure exits for his SBO clients.
He's lived everything from a 1-man start-up, on many occasions, all the way to global division general manager at $70-billion Panasonic. Lou’s management experience also includes executive roles at Logitech, Activision and Ogilvy & Mather. As an outside advisor, he has counseled leading global brands like Atari, BlackBerry, Logitech, OtterBox, Sega and Sony, among many others.
Since launching his first company at age 24, Lou has founded, built and exited several businesses, including the sale of his Latin America sales and marketing operations to publicly held Logitech.
He is a graduate of Saint Mary’s College of California, as well as the Matsushita Executive Management Institute in Hirakata, Osaka, Japan.
He and his wife are 33-year residents of Los Altos, California, proud parents of three children, and grandparents of three (so far) that are the joy of their lives.
